What MiniManager provides

MiniManager helps a business configure and operate Meta Business Agent across WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook, and connect that agent to the business systems it already runs.

MiniManager is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business details you register, for keeping account credentials secure, and for the actions taken by the team members you invite.

Each business operates under its own workspace address. Attempting to access another business’s data is not permitted.

Credits and payment

The platform is prepaid. Credits are purchased in packs and consumed as the platform performs metered work. There is no recurring subscription, and no minimum monthly commitment.

Credits remain available while your account remains active. A long inactivity policy applies to dormant accounts. Refund treatment is set out on the Refunds page.

Acceptable use

You may not use MiniManager to send unsolicited bulk messaging, to impersonate another business, or in a way that breaks the platform policies of the messaging channels you connect.

Meta excludes certain business categories from its Business Agent product. If your business falls into an excluded category, we may be unable to provide the service.

Your dependence on external platforms

MiniManager operates on top of Meta’s platform and alongside whichever external systems you choose to connect. Changes to those platforms’ APIs, pricing or policies can affect what the service can do, and are outside our control.

Service availability

We aim to keep the platform available and to degrade gracefully when a downstream system is unreachable — for example by queueing and retrying write operations rather than dropping them.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for outages originating in the external platforms and systems you connect.

Your data

The business data and customer conversations in your workspace belong to your business. We process them in order to run the service for you. The Privacy page describes this in detail.

Ending your use of the service

You can stop using MiniManager at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend an account that breaks the acceptable use terms above or that puts the platform or its other users at risk.

Complying with the messaging platforms

When you connect WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger, you are the owner of that account and you remain responsible for how it is used. Meta's policies apply to you directly, in addition to these terms.

You agree to obtain consent before messaging a customer where the platform requires it, to honour opt-outs, and not to use the service to send spam or content prohibited by the platform. Meta can restrict or remove your account for violations, and we cannot overturn that decision on your behalf.

Liability

MiniManager is provided as it is. We do not promise that the AI agent will answer every message correctly, and you remain responsible for what is sent from your business accounts and for reviewing anything that matters commercially.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost business.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Odisha, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes to these terms

As the product develops these terms will change. Material changes will be communicated to account owners rather than made silently.
