About
We build the part that happens after the reply
Meta can answer a customer. Turning that conversation into an order your staff can work from, backed by the systems you already run, is a different problem — and it is the one MiniManager exists to solve.
A business does not need another chatbot. It needs the conversation, the order, the staff handover and the record to be one connected thing.
What we hold to
Four things we refuse to compromise
The answer has to be true
An agent that invents an order status is worse than no agent. Everything we build points at the same goal: what the customer is told matches what is actually in your system.
A failure must not become a lost order
Downstream systems go down. When that happens the customer’s action is queued and retried rather than dropped, and your team is told when something needs a human.
You should pay for work, not for a plan
Small businesses have irregular months. Prepaid credits mean a quiet month costs nothing, and a busy one costs in proportion to what you actually got.
Nothing changes under you
Connectors are versioned per business. Upgrading an adapter is a decision you make, not something that happens overnight and breaks a mapping you depended on.
Where we are
Built in order, not all at once
We would rather deliver one part properly than ship every feature half-finished.
