Refunds and credits
What happens to credits you have bought, credits you have spent, and credits consumed by work that failed.
This page describes how MiniManager currently operates. It is a plain-language summary and is pending final legal review — it is not yet a binding agreement.
How credits work
MiniManager is prepaid. You buy credits, and credits are spent only when the platform performs metered work for you — an agent reply, a connector call, knowledge processing, and similar operations.
Different operations consume different numbers of credits, and your usage breakdown shows where they went.
Unused credits
Credits you have bought but not yet spent are refundable only under defined circumstances. If you believe your situation qualifies, contact us with your account details and we will review it.
Consumed credits
Credits that have already been spent are generally non-refundable. Once an operation runs, third-party AI and messaging costs have usually already been incurred on your behalf, and those cannot be recovered.
Failed operations are returned automatically
You are not charged for work MiniManager failed to deliver. Where the platform reserves credits for an operation and that operation permanently fails, the reserved credits are returned to your balance automatically — you do not need to ask.
- A connector write is attempted and 5 credits are reserved.
- The operation exhausts its retries and permanently fails.
- The 5 reserved credits are returned to your balance.
Credit expiry
Credits remain available while your account remains active. We do not run short expiry windows on credits you have paid for.
A long inactivity policy applies to dormant accounts, and the specific terms of that policy are set out in the Terms of Service.
How to raise a refund request
Write to us from the email address on the account, including your workspace address and the approximate date of the purchase in question. We will confirm receipt and tell you what happens next.
